I went to Bikram Yoga again today, and wow! It was a totally better experience! I used what I learned from my experience in the first class to lay off the thermogenics and made sure to keep hydrated and things went so much better. I knew what to expect and I paced myself. I could have tried harder on some of the poses but I did not want to overdue it so I just focused on having good form on what I could do. I only sat out of one entire pose (the rabbit) and I sat out for the second half of maybe three sets to compose myself...so much better than yesterday!
I was so happy by the end of class that I was able to keep up, and I am planning on coming back next week!
